Marine Master manages a wide range of vessel types, including Gencargo, MPPs and Containerships, Bulk Carriers, Ro-Ro, Product & Bunkering Tankers and Offshore service vessels and Tugs. We work in various locations around the world and operate in West Africa, the Black Sea and the Mediterranean, the Middle East and South-East Asia. Our main asset is our people – they are highly skilled and trained seafarers who work aboard and ashore.
Marine Master operates their managed vessels with the focus on safety and efficiency but also looking after the needs of owners, charterers, class societies, flag, and port states. Our vessel operation teams ashore have Superintendents and DPAs who take care of all the vessel’s needs including maintenance and repairs, budgeting, IT supply, vetting, performance monitoring, compliance with regulatory requirements, procurement, dry docking, and all these lead to the smooth vessels’ operation.
Marine Master can supply and manage crew for the managed vessels – we take care of the recruitment, selection, placement, training and management of officers and ratings working on our vessels. We also provide payroll management and arrange all the travel for our crew.
We pay a lot of attention to training. Cadets and other training programs are available on our ships and we know how important this is for the future development of the industry.
The Commercial Management department of Marine Master brings together experts from various departments and associated companies.
We manage Chartering, post-fix Marine Operations & Charter Control issues for our clients and work closely with Owners and Charterers to ensure maximum vessel employment and smooth ship operation.
When an adverse event occurs during ship operation, we ensure our clients’ protection against all financial risks. Through our long-standing partnerships with first-class insurance companies and brokers at Lloyds, we offer coverage for Hull & Machinery, Protection & Indemnity, Loss of Hire, War Risk, Deviation, Strike & Delay. Tailor-made risk coverage is an essential part of our responsibility towards our clients’ assets.
